Pricing
All prices are subject to alteration without notice and all orders are accepted at prices ruling on the day of despatch.

Terms of Payment
Nett 30 days following end of month in which goods are
invoiced. Interest may be charged as per (Interest) the "late payment of commercial debts 1998 Act" 30 days from invoice date.

VAT
To be paid in full as invoiced.

Damage or Loss
Please notify the carriers in writing immediately on arrival of any loss or damage and at the same time advise ITG.

Non Delivery
It is essential that you advise us within 7 days of date of invoice of non arrival of any shipment to enable us to lodge a             claim with the carriers, which to be valid must               be entered by the senders within 21 days of               despatch.

                    Specifications
               Sizes, weights and dimensions quoted are                approximate.

                                                                  Small Order Charge
                                                  All orders are subject to a                                                  minimum carriage and                                                  packing charge of £5.00.                                                 Orders under the value of                                                 £10.00 are accepted at the                                                 company's discretion.

                                                                Back Orders
                                               Dispatched when available                                               unless we are notified in                                               writing to cancel.

                                                             Condition of Sale
                                              It is a condition of sale of the                                              goods invoiced that they                                              remain the absolute property                                             of itg Ltd until the total amount                                             due in respect thereof has been                                             paid.

 Returned goods
Goods returned for credit may be subject to a handling charge of 15%.
